Review from Jeannie Zelos Book reviews. So, Caspia? Well, what can I say about her? Their parents and family are dead, and all they have is each other.

Caspia seemed lonely at times, and I felt for her but…at times she was just odd. That made it more difficult to feel close to her and to worry about her. Again I found these two somewhat confusing in their actions and motives, but they were a fresh and fun take on the angelic genre. As the story unfolds and we learn more about Caspia and her drawings, the mysterious Ethan and the others similar to him, and the people around Caspia who are more than they seem the action gets hotter, secrets come out but rather than giving answers they open up more questions.

Poor Caspia is confused — her life in danger, and she needs to find out more about the mysteries that surround her. I enjoyed this novel, first of a trilogy, but felt a little detached from the characters and their actions much of the time. Stars: three and a half. ARC supplied via Publishers. I've always Needed to read and we had few books when i was a child hence my penchant for reading anything including adverts then I review mainly contemporary, erotic and paranormal romance books though dystopian and urban fantasy also appeal.

I'm currently rated around the mark on amazon. I try to keep them structured and to say what I do and don't like about a book so other readers can use my review as a guide to whether they may enjoy the book. I do a few direct from authors, but don't have time for many so please request before sending me ARCs.

I never use the category "Womens" fiction. Anyone can write romance well, with enough talent, not me! Suggesting a book will only appeal to a certain readership is outdated and I feel has no place in our non binary sexuality times.

I don't read novellas or short books, unless they are part of an existing series as I simply don't enjoy them. Britt What Fates Impose, G. She spent the last decade teaching writing and literature at a large, football obsessed university while slipping paranormal fiction in between the pages of her textbooks. When not reading and writing about all things paranormal, she indulges in her eclectic musical tastes, enjoys other people's cooking, keeps vampire hours, and adds to her massive stockpile of quirky t-shirts and blank but designer notebooks. She'd rather burn the laundry than fold it.
