Arturo Peralta Miranda born June 10, ; died Lima , November 9, was a Peruvian writer, he had an active literary and political life in his country, mostly in his native city: Puno. Some say that at his time, he was one of the four major representatives of the Peruvian indigenous movement. He arrived to Bolivia for the first time in , exiled from his country for political reasons. After a short stay in La Paz , he stayed in Potosi , where developed an intense and fruitful literary work. He returned to Bolivia in , after several political conflicts succeed in their country, this time to stay for more than thirty years in that country until He died in Lima on November 8,
